*Customers in good standing will receive one discount per quarter per household on positive balances.

Fee schedule for online payments:

Autopay by bank account: No fee             

Autopay by debit or credit card: 3% of transaction amount or $2.50 (whichever is greater)

ECheck*- .45 per transaction

Credit/Debit- 3% total bill or $2.50 (whichever is greater) per transaction
